The role & team

We are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance across our retail network. In this role, you will partner closely with the Retail team to deliver commercial insights that support decision-making and enhance store performance. You will lead reporting and analysis to deepen understanding of the key drivers behind store results, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities and risks while recommending actions to optimise both store and overall business outcomes. Additionally, you will support strategic initiatives through commercial modelling, store network analysis, and competitor benchmarking, contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the business. As a people leader, you will also have one direct report, providing support while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

The skills we are looking for

  • Ability to form strong, trusted relationships across different levels in the organization and with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Financial modelling and scenario analysis skills to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
  • Skilled in data storytelling with the ability to connect analysis to business performance and strategic outcomes.
