The role & team

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Regional Manager to join the Retail Support Team in the New South Wales region. In this key role, you will serve as the second-in-command (2IC) and provide valuable support to the State Director in developing both the Retail Support Team and Store Partners. Your focus will be on creating and executing regional business plans that align with country-specific goals, the group’s annual strategy, and key retail initiatives.

 

As Senior Regional Manager, you will lead, develop, and support a team of Regional Training Managers (RTMs) while taking responsibility for the region in the absence of the State Director. In addition, you will oversee a select portfolio of stores within the region, working as the Regional Relationship Manager (RRM) as directed by the State Director and Director of Stores.

The skills we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated extensive experience in retail operations or consultative roles within the retail industry
  • Experience in dealing with franchisees and or senior managers
  • Proven leadership abilities with exceptional interpersonal skills and a talent for forging strategic relationships with a diverse group of individuals
  • Highly self-motivated and decisive, excelling in dynamic and fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively and adapt style to suit various partners
