The Role & Team
We’re looking for a Systems Specialist to join our Audiology department on a 14-month fixed-term contract, reporting to our Audiology Operations Support Manager. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in supporting our Audiology Partners and store teams across Australia and New Zealand.

In this role, you’ll be the subject matter expert for Simply Hearing, our practice management software, providing technical support, training, and resources that enable our Partners and store teams to deliver outstanding care to customers. You’ll deliver training interventions ensuring that both new and existing team members have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. You’ll also be hands-on in shaping the future of our audiology systems by supporting user acceptance testing, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing training resources that evolve alongside our software and processes.

We embrace a hybrid work approach to ensure a great work-life balance. When you’re not working remotely, you’ll be based at our Support Office in Port Melbourne,.

The Skills We’re Looking For:

  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service with patience and empathy

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with patient management systems is a plus

  • Comfortable and confident presenting information to individuals or groups

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks effectively, and adaptable to shifting deadlines
