About the role:

The role is part of the project that is responsible for delivering the implementation of an upgraded technology infrastructure, WMS system and order management system across our warehouses and MGS Lab.

Reporting to the Head of Warehousing you will collaborate with warehouse management and teams to document current workflows and support end-to-end project implementation, including planning, assessment, and execution. You will ensure system outputs meet business objectives through detailed analysis and documentation, while identifying process improvements using real-time data. You will lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test plans and scripts, managing defect resolution, and ensuring smooth system integration.

Work with stakeholders to define and validate data requirements, oversee data preparation for all project phases, and develop automated processes for system data loading.

Skills we are looking for:

  • You’ll bring strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to confidently navigate systems to identify and report the root causes of issues (essential)
  • Experience using and implementing Warehouse management systems (essential)
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, or Tableau, along with experience in process mapping, is highly valued.
  • Practical experience generating process documentation, reports & analysis
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the business, including senior stakeholders such as Directors and Heads of Department
  • A self-starter with strong initiative, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
