Our colleagues in our Swedish stores and support office in Gothenburg can celebrate a great achievement: being listed as one of the best workplaces in Sweden. We’re proud and humble at the same time, and we’ve made a promise to ourselves to be even higher up the ‘Great Place to Work’ list next year!
This year, we received the accreditation as a ‘Great Place to Work’ for the second time. We also grabbed the opportunity to get listed as one of the best Swedish workplaces – and that paid off! The reason for being such a great place to work? Our HR manager in Sweden, Jennie Widdel, explains:
“We’ve so much respect for each other and we notice, value and encourage colleagues’ individual contributions. This is visible in the way we serve our customers and in the high engagement of our people – both in our stores and at our support office. We’re really proud of the amazing culture we’ve built together and as we all recognise it internally, it’s great to be acknowledged for it externally too, by being awarded as one of Sweden’s best workplaces.”
