Join our graduate programme and discover what it’s like to work in one of our Specsavers stores. You’ll learn about the optical industry, improve your clinical skills, and get lots of experience supporting customers. You’ll be assigned a mentor from one of our stores and somebody from our support office team. You’ll have access to interesting graduate events and follow training courses, including online and virtual classroom courses, that focus on your professional and personal development.
