The Role & Team

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our Audiology Marketing team. Reporting directly into the Head of Marketing for Audiology, you will be responsible for the successful development and execution of high-volume, multi-channel campaign activity across Australia and New Zealand. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the Audiology business to achieve its ambitious growth targets, with a strong focus on Activation and Trade Marketing, including Local Area Marketing initiatives that drive hearing check bookings, sales, and average order value.

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, acting as the key relationship manager across planning, creative direction, media and supplier engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring campaigns to life, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.

Your ability to drive innovation and operational excellence will be essential, as you optimise activity to ensure market-leading outcomes and maximise return on investment. In addition, you will support a Marketing Executive, fostering a high-performing, agile team environment.

The Skills We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced Marketing Manager with Proven experience delivering multi-channel campaigns, from strategy and briefing through to execution and performance review

  • A solid understanding of agency briefing and management

  • Experience in trade marketing, activation, and Local Area Marketing to drive volume and customer engagement

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams

  • Familiarity with customer segmentation and value proposition development
