We’re looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Senior Recruitment Partner to join our team in Northern Europe (NE). This is a unique opportunity to shape how we attract and hire talent across our five markets — while also rolling up your sleeves and leading key recruitment processes yourself. Your role 

As a Senior Recruitment Partner, you’ll play a central role in shaping and delivering recruitment excellence for our support offices across Northern Europe, including Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Findland and the Netherlands. You’ll own both the recruitment process and our ATS (SuccessFactors), ensuring they’re fit-for-purpose, compliant, and aligned with both global frameworks and local market needs. 

At the same time, you’ll be hands-on — leading full-cycle recruitment for support office roles across the region. From partnering with hiring managers on sourcing strategies to running interviews and managing offers, you’ll be at the heart of day-to-day hiring. 

This is a role for someone who thrives on both process ownership and operational delivery — someone who can challenge and guide stakeholders with confidence, while securing the best talent for today and tomorrow.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Lead and own the regional recruitment process and ATS (SuccessFactors) module, representing NE in global forums. 

  • Drive alignment across local P&O teams, ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant recruitment practices. 

  • Deliver hiring manager support and training to enable confident and consistent recruitment decisions. 

  • Run end-to-end recruitment processes across our Northern Europe support offices, ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes. 

  • Provide strategic recruitment advice, sourcing plans, and selection support tailored to each role. 

  • Maintain and optimise candidate pipelines while ensuring excellent candidate experience. 

  • Be a trusted partner to hiring managers and HR, supporting internal mobility and equitable hiring practices. 

 

In the role of you’ll report to Monika Urbone, NE Head of Regional P&O & Recruitment. Occasional travel is to be expected in the role. 

  

Your new team 

  

As the Recruitment Partner, you’ll be a part of our Regional Support office and a dynamic team of 15 colleagues, working with all spectres of the P&O practise. We are all specialized within our field but depend on a high level of collaboration across our team, but also with the NE organisation. Our team boasts an impressive collective experience with some members having dedicated many years to Specsavers while others bring fresh perspectives. 

In the NE P&O team we are focusing on evolving & enhancing People experiences as well as securing future ready people for our organization. As part of that, we are currently, deeply involved in several exciting projects, including further lead for our relatively new ATS module and HR system as well as revamping our career site.

Your qualifications 

You’re an experienced recruiter who knows how to balance strategy with hands-on delivery. You thrive on building relationships, spotting great talent, and partnering with the business to drive real impact.  

To succeed in this role, you’ll need: 

  • 7+ years of recruitment experience, ideally from an in-house role covering full-cycle hiring. 

  • Experienced user knowledge of SuccessFactors recruitment module. 

  • A strong understanding of how recruitment drives business success. 

  • Great stakeholder management skills and experience – especially across the Nordic market. 

  • Solid sourcing capabilities using tools like LinkedIn and CV databases. 

  • A structured, detail-oriented approach to recruitment administration and coordination. 

  • Confidence in delivering training and guidance to hiring managers at all levels. 

  • Excellent communication skills in English and a team-focused mindset. 

You’re proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively – always keeping candidate experience and business goals at the centre of what you do. 

  

Your development 

  

Within 3 months, you’ll:   

 

  • Be onboarded and introduced to key stakeholders and processes 

  • Gain understanding of Specsavers recruitment process and our ATS usage 

  • Start running end-to-end recruitment processes 

   

Within 6-12 months, you’ll: 

   

  • Lead recruitment process regionally 

  • Own Recruitment communication 

  • Represent Northern Europe needs for Global Systems teaming in close collaboration with local stakeholders 

  • Understand Specsavers ways of working and local teams needs 

  • Can be the go-to-person for all recruitment process related questions 

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitments
