We’re looking for a structured and proactive Store Environment Coordinator to join our Northern Europe (NE) Store Environment team during our colleague’s parental leave. This is a unique opportunity to support the development and execution of store environment and visual merchandising initiatives across five markets — helping ensure consistency, quality, and impact in every store.
Your role
As Store Environment Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of store environment and visual merchandising projects across NE. You’ll work closely with country teams, marketing, product, and retail colleagues to coordinate rollouts, create support materials, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
From managing POS updates and store assessments to supporting pilot projects and mock store maintenance, you’ll be at the heart of our efforts to create engaging, brand-aligned store experiences.
Your primary tasks and responsibilities include, but not be limited to:
Coordinate store environment and visual merchandising projects across NE
Manage the creation of store guides, briefs, and support materials
Support country teams with merchandising plans and store assessments
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of rebrands, relocations, and new store setups
Contribute to testing and development of new initiatives
Maintain the mock store and support on-site merchandising when needed
Collaborate cross-functionally to align store environment efforts across Northern European Support Office and countries
Your new team
You’ll be part of the NE Store Environment team, reporting to the Senior Store Environment Manager, and working closely with Store Environment Managers in each country. Our team is based in Nordhavn and works across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and the Netherlands.
We’re a hands-on, improvement-focused team that values collaboration, creativity, and getting things done. Whether you’re coordinating a rollout or supporting a pilot project, you’ll be surrounded by colleagues who care deeply about delivering great store experiences.
As our new Store Environment Coordinator, you’ll work at our Northern European support office in Nordhavn, Copenhagen. Our office features many collaborative spaces and a stunning rooftop terrace with breathtaking city and harbour views.
Join our global team of friendly, talented, and passionate colleagues. Enjoy a competitive salary package with perks such as pensions, (health insurance), free eye care vouchers, and more.
Grow in your role with free access to online learning, monthly one-on-one discussions with your manager, personalised development plans, and increased responsibility.
We offer a fun work environment with great coffee, laughter, table tennis tournaments, birthday surprises, holiday celebrations, virtual Friday quizzes, and more.
Your qualifications
You’re organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about retail environments. You bring strong coordination skills, a collaborative mindset, and a high level of service.
We’re looking for someone who combines curiosity, structure, and a hands-on approach to stakeholder collaboration. If several of the following points resonate with you, we’d love to hear from you:
Solid knowledge or experience within retail – across any industry
Strong understanding of marketing and how it connects to the store environment and customer experience
Great project management and communication skills
Experience working in an international environment
