Your role
As our Technology Operations Support Technician, you’ll be a technology support specialist and responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance across entire technology Team and key stakeholders.
You’ll Work in partnership across multiple technical complex environments to enable technology product delivery · Accountable for ensuring and maintaining Specsavers technical standards within technology teams including group teams and architects. In this role you’ll also Engage directly with Global Product Teams.

In the role, you’ll report directly to the Northern European Technology Operations Supervisor, Nicolaj Jensen, sitting in Aalborg. Occasional travel is to be expected in the role.

Your qualifications
We’re seeking a knowledgeable Operations Support Technician with proven stakeholder management experience. We would also like to see a proven track record of delivering support to a speedy and dynamic environment as well as the ability to translate between technical and business functions and articulating technical complexity in business language. To fulfil this role at Specsavers, you should align with the following requirements:
