Salary package: Pro rata $87k –$110k plus super + bonus + $8k Weekend Bonus

About the role:

As a clinician working within Specsavers Audiology, you’ll focus on delivering personalised hearing care through comprehensive assessments, fittings, and ongoing support. Reporting to the Audiology Partner, you’ll benefit from ongoing clinical support and professional development, while thriving in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, autonomy, and strong relationships with our in-store retail teams.

In this role, you’ll be working across our Tuggerah / Lake Haven / Morisset stores, offering variety and diversity while playing a vital role in expanding access to quality hearing care across multiple local communities.

Working with an experienced store partner and dedicated retail team, this position offers the flexibility across 3 to 4 days supporting a healthy balance between your professional and personal life. There is a strong preference for two of the days be Friday and Saturday.

We’re offering a competitive salary of $87,000–$110,000 plus super], along with an attractive bonus to recognise your contribution and reward your hard work. Also an additional $8,000 for working Saturdays.

Skills & Experience

In addition to your Qualified Practitioner number, the successful candidate will possess;

• Strong clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation including hearing aids
• Strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Patient centric approach, demonstrating empathy and delivering compassionate hearing care
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Commitment towards continuous growth and career development
