Our Pathway program is designed for current Specsavers optometrists to equip you with the critical business management and leadership skills you need to succeed in leading your own Specsavers business. But we also offer a range of other development opportunities to help you build relationships, participate in local or international outreaches or work with our partners such as the Fred Hollows Foundation.
