Specsavers has once again been named the Most Trusted Optometry brand in Australia and New Zealand by Reader’s Digest Magazine as part of the 25th Annual Most Trusted Brands survey.
Voted by Australians and New Zealanders for the fifth year running (2020 – 2024), Specsavers is recognised as the brand that consumers trust the most for their eye health.
Dr Ben Ashby, Clinical Services Director ANZ commented, “We’re thrilled to have been recognised as the most trusted optometry brand in Australia and New Zealand. Specsavers is committed to providing our customers with a mix of greater choice, high quality, accessible and affordable eye and hearing care. Receiving such great feedback in this prestigious consumer survey is a fantastic reminder that we’re on the right track and something we’re really proud of.
We know that customers turn to us for expert eye care, provided by local, highly qualified optometrists. We’re proud to be a brand that can be trusted to consistently deliver the best health outcomes to all our customers.
From our store Partners to team members in stores and support offices around Australia and New Zealand, every Specsavers team member has played an important role in building this trust with our customers.”
The annual Reader’s Digest survey of Most Trusted brands is based on independent market research which brings together consumer opinions on leading brands across 68 categories in Australia and 67 in New Zealand. With the survey now in its 25th year, a total of 4300 Australians and 1800 New Zealanders of a mixed demographic were asked to rate their levels of trust in well-known brands.
A complete list of Australian winners is available on the Reader’s Digest website here.
The New Zealand winners list can be found here.
