Changing lives through better hearing - starting with yours

At Specsavers Audiology, our purpose is simple: Changing
lives through better hearing. And we know that starts with great people.
Hearing loss isn’t just about ears. It’s about connection, helping someone hear
their grandchildren more clearly, participate confidently at work, or re-engage
in the social moments they’ve started to withdraw from. That’s what drives our
team every day, and it’s what we hope drives you too.
A Graduate Program built around you
We deliberately keep our graduate cohort small. With audiology services across 335 stores nationally, demand is strong - but we believe every graduate deserves meaningful mentoring, structured supervision, and the space to grow with confidence.
When you join the 2027 Graduate Program, you’re joining a
carefully selected cohort, supported by experienced clinicians who are
genuinely invested in your development.
What our Program looks like in practice
·
Structured elbow-to-elbow clinical supervision
from your in-store partner.
·
A week of group onboarding with fellow graduates
at our Melbourne support office.
·
Ongoing training, professional development
events, and a clear pathway to Qualified Practitioner (QP) status.
·
Access to a broader integrated healthcare team,
working alongside optical colleagues in a collaborative environment.
·
Real career progression, from clinician to
partner, the pathway is open.
Where could this take you?
The opportunities available through Specsavers Audiology
extend well beyond your graduate year.
Angelica Caguete joined Specsavers Audiology in 2021 as part
of our very first graduate cohort, after completing her Masters in Clinical
Audiology at UWA. She worked across multiple WA stores, building her clinical
confidence across different teams and customer groups. A few years later, she
is now a Specsavers Audiology Partner running her own Specsavers Audiology business
and mentoring the next generation of graduates herself.
Whether your goal is clinical excellence, leadership, or
eventually becoming a Specsavers Audiology partner, the pathway exists here.
