About the role:

As a clinician working within Specsavers Audiology, you’ll focus on delivering personalised hearing care through comprehensive assessments, fittings, and ongoing support. Reporting to the Audiology Partner, you’ll benefit from ongoing clinical support and professional development, while thriving in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, autonomy, and strong relationships with our in-store retail teams.

In this role, you’ll be based at our Narellan store, giving you giving you consistency and the opportunity to play a vital role in expanding access to quality hearing care within the local community.

Working with an experienced store partner and dedicated retail team, this position offers a flexible part time position supporting a healthy balance between your professional and personal life. The preferred days would include a Saturday with flexibility on the remaining days throughout the week.

We’re offering a competitive salary of $95,000–$105,000 plus super, along with an attractive bonus to recognise your contribution and reward your hard work. If Saturdays are included, there will be an additional $8,000 included for working weekends.

Skills & Experience

In addition to your Qualified Practitioner number, the successful candidate will possess;

• Strong clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation including hearing aids
• Strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Patient centric approach, demonstrating empathy and delivering compassionate hearing care
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Commitment towards continuous growth and career development
