As a Regional Training Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering our store teams with the skills, confidence and knowledge they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business success. Through a mix of engaging face to face workshops, on the job coaching, store visits and facilitating virtual classrooms, you'll bring learning to life and create meaningful development opportunities for our people.

This is more than a training role, it's an opportunity to influence performance, develop future leaders, and help our stores build the capabilities they need not only for today, but for tomorrow. You'll act as a trusted coach and advisor, fostering a culture of continuous learning while supporting the successful implementation of new initiatives across the region.
