Hi, I’m Nicole! I joined Specsavers in March 2024 and manage recruitment across Queensland and the Northern Territory. I support both the Optometry and Retail sides of the business, working closely with store partners, RRMs, and candidates throughout the recruitment process. I enjoy the people-focused nature of my role and love being part of a team that helps connect great talent with exciting opportunities. I’m passionate about building strong, genuine relationships and always aim to deliver a positive and professional experience for everyone involved.
