Acting Audiology Partner Opportunity

Step into an Acting Audiology Partner role and gain hands-on leadership and business management experience while leading two established audiology businesses in Melbourne's western suburbs.

We're seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Audiologist or Audiometrist to join Taylors Lakes and Keilor Downs on a 12-month fixed-term contract commencing November 2026.

What's on Offer?

• $100,000 - $105,000 + super
• Clinical Benchmark Bonus
• Experience leading two successful audiology businesses
• Exposure to business operations, leadership and commercial decision-making
• Ongoing support from the Audiology Retail Team and Support Office
• A pathway to future Specsavers Partnership opportunities

Roster

• Keilor Downs: Monday & Thursday
• Taylors Lakes: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday

About You

• Qualified Audiologist or Audiometrist with a current QP number
• Member of AudA, HASA or ACAud
• Minimum 2 years' post-QP experience
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for clinical excellence and customer care
• Interested in developing business and leadership capabilities
