Hiya I'm Paysh! I started with Specsavers in September 2021 as a Retail Recruitment Consultant in Optics. In 2023, I transitioned into Audiology as a Professional Recruitment Consultant, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting Audiology Clinicians, new Joint Venture Partners, Graduates, and retail team members. Over the years I've found my niche in process improvement, looking at more efficient ways of working, and even being part of the occasional Specsavers photoshoot!

I find my work incredibly rewarding as it allows me to connect with candidates, hear their stories, and help match them with opportunities where they can thrive and make a real difference in their communities.
Although my roles within Specsavers have evolved across both Optics and Audiology, one thing has remained constant: our values. Specsavers’ DNA is rooted in simply doing the right thing and treating everyone equally. For me, that’s what makes this such a great place to work.
