We are seeking an Audiology professional to join our Swan Hill Specsavers team and play a vital role in expanding access to affordable hearing care solutions in your local community.

By taking the lead in this business, you will reap the rewards of your hard work, have autonomy to put your customers interests first, build and lead a team, all with the support of Specsavers behind you and the option at the end of the term to take up the partnership or move onto a new opportunity.

The Offer:

• Guaranteed Salary: $120,000 plus super (paid fortnightly), plus annual profit (paid monthly once the business is making profit) and the future value of your shares in the business you develop and build (paid when you retire from the business).
