Hi, I'm Amanda La Ferla. I’m a recruitment professional with over a decade of experience across retail, optics, and audiology. Currently, I lead the Audiology recruitment team at Specsavers as the Professional Recruitment Manager – Audiology ANZ, driving strategic initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this, I held roles as Partner Recruitment Manager and Professional Recruitment Consultant – Audiology, where I played a key role in expanding our Joint Venture Partnership model.

Before specialising in audiology, I worked in retail and optics recruitment, including time as a Partner Recruitment Consultant – Retail/Optics at Specsavers and as an Account Manager in agency recruitment. My early career in retail spanned over seven years, where I held multiple leadership roles, including Victorian Training & Development Manager for a high-volume retail business.

I’m passionate about business development, talent acquisition, and stakeholder engagement, and I thrive on supporting clinicians and business owners to deliver exceptional customer care.
