About the Opportunity

This partnership covers two established locations in Winthrop and Fremantle, both operating since November 2019 and well embedded within their local communities.

• Supported by established optical stores, offering strong cross-referral opportunities

• Backed by a dedicated retail team delivering a consistent customer experience
• Supported by a full-time Audiology Clinic Manager, handling day-to-day operations

What You’ll Receive:

Financial & Career Growth

• Guaranteed salary of $100,000–$110,000 + super (fortnightly pay)
• Monthly profit share once the business is profitable

What We’re Looking For:

• Full membership (or eligibility) with Audiology Australia or ACAud
• Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience post-qualification
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence managing a busy diary and administrative tasks
• A collaborative mindset with leadership ambitions
• Passion for delivering high quality, value-driven care
