About the role:
As a clinician working within Specsavers Audiology, you’ll focus on delivering personalised hearing care through comprehensive assessments, fittings, and ongoing support. Reporting to the Audiology Partner, you’ll benefit from ongoing clinical support and professional development, while thriving in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, autonomy, and strong relationships with our in-store retail teams.
In this role, you’ll be working across our Loganholme, Springwood, Beenleigh stores, offering variety and diversity while playing a vital role in expanding access to quality hearing care across multiple local communities.
Join an experienced store partner and dedicated retail team in this part-time role, working 9am to 5pm each Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Availability to work 10am – 3pm the 4th Sunday per month is highly desirable. This schedule supports a healthy work–life balance. The majority of the position, you will be based in Loganholme. The Fixed Term contract is for 9 months, ideally starting in January till October.
We’re offering a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 pro rata, along with an attractive retention bonus to recognise your contribution and reward your hard work. Also the potential of relocation support and the addition of a weekend bonus.

Skills & Experience:
In addition to your Qualified Practitioner number, the successful candidate will possess;
- Strong clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation including hearing aids
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Patient centric approach, demonstrating empathy and delivering compassionate hearing care
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Commitment towards continuous growth and career development
