About the role:
As a clinician working within Specsavers Audiology, you’ll focus on delivering personalised hearing care through comprehensive assessments, fittings, and ongoing support. Reporting to the Audiology Partner, you’ll benefit from ongoing clinical support and professional development, while thriving in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, autonomy, and strong relationships with our in-store retail teams.
In this role, you’ll be working across our Parabanks/Hollywood stores, offering variety and diversity while playing a vital role in expanding access to quality hearing care across multiple local communities.
Working with an experienced store partner and dedicated retail team, this position offers the flexibility to work Part Time 3 days p/w supporting a healthy balance between your professional and personal life. While there is flexibility around the required days, there is a preference to work Monday, Tuesday and one day over the weekend.
We provide a competitive salary package ranging from $95,000 to $100,000 plus superannuation, as well as an appealing bonus to acknowledge your efforts and reward your dedication. Additionally, you can earn an extra $8,000 bonus for weekend shifts.

Skills & Experience
In addition to your Qualified Practitioner number, the successful candidate will possess;
- Strong clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation including hearing aids
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Patient centric approach, demonstrating empathy and delivering compassionate hearing care
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Commitment towards continuous growth and career development
