As Head of Partner Recruitment, you'll lead the strategy and delivery of partner recruitment across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring Specsavers continues to attract, develop and place exceptional Joint Venture Partners into our growing network. You'll drive talent pipelines, succession planning and key partner development programs while leading a passionate team dedicated to finding and developing future business owners.

Reporting to the Director of Professional Recruitment ANZ, you'll play a critical role in protecting and growing market share, supporting partner profitability and delivering workforce solutions for new stores, business transfers and hard-to-fill locations.
