What You’ll Do: 

As an Optical Dispenser at Specsavers, you’ll bring prescriptions to life by creating exceptional eyewear experiences for every customer.  

Key Duties include: 

• Interpret and analyse prescriptions 
• Help customers choose the right lens types and take accurate measurements
• Complete detailed quality checks and adjustments on spectacles  
• Deliver outstanding customer service, explain contact lens options with confidence, and stay up to date on products and promotions 

What’s Next?

• Work towards a fully funded Cert IV in Optical Dispensing (if applicable)
• Opportunities to become an In-Store Trainer or Supervisor
