Specsavers has a unique opportunity for an experienced Optometrist to own and work across two stores in Shellharbour & Warilla, New South Wales. Both stores are positioned in prime retail locations, and with a loyal, growing customer base, our dedicated team is highly regarded in the community for delivering exceptional patient care.  

The Shellharbour region offers a blend of pristine beaches, lush bushland and an easygoing coastal lifestyle that continues to attract both families and professionals. Just a two‑hour drive from Sydney along the spectacular Grand Pacific Drive, the area is well connected by direct trains to Shellharbour Junction Station and flights from Brisbane and Melbourne into Shellharbour Airport. Warilla Grove is a smaller centre with a loyal customer base and is anchored by Woolworths and ALDI. Specsavers Warilla spans 166sqm and includes 3 optical test rooms, a dedicated Audiology room and 6 dispense desks. Both stores boast and state of the art equipment including OCT, and house 1000+ frames on display.   

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced optometrist who understands what it takes to lead and motivate a team. You will have a passion for delivering high-quality clinical care and customer service.
