The role & team
Are you ready to join a team where change drives impact? At Specsavers, we’re passionate about delivering smarter solutions that make a real difference to our customers, partners and teams. We’re looking for a commercially minded and relationship-driven Portfolio Manager to help shape and manage our ANZ portfolio of change initiatives across Commercial and Technology.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll bring visibility, structure and strategic direction to a diverse portfolio of programs and projects. You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business, balancing priorities, managing demand and ensuring initiatives align to business strategy and customer outcomes.

What we are looking for
You’re a confident relationship builder who can balance strategic thinking with operational delivery. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders and managing complex portfolios in dynamic environments.
You’ll also bring:
- Proven experience managing portfolios, programs or large-scale change initiatives
- Strong experience delivering complex IT and business transformation projects
- A solid technical understanding and commercial mindset
- Experience managing budgets, priorities and competing stakeholder expectations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with third-party and offshore vendors
- A collaborative and solutions-focused approach
- Experience within Retail, Supply Chain, Finance or Healthcare industries
