The role & team
As a Site Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our store network by ensuring new store openings, relocations, refurbishments, expansions and closures are delivered smoothly, with all IT equipment and services operational and ready for use.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating IT requirements for store projects and rollouts across Australia and New Zealand
• Managing project timelines, tracking progress, and communicating updates to stakeholders
• Liaising with stores, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of IT works
• Coordinating logistics, hardware deployment, stock management, and consumable ordering
• Processing purchase orders, invoices, and stock transactions
• Completing store IT installations, networking, cabling, and general site configuration
• Travelling to sites as required to perform IT store openings, upgrades, and technical support

This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone with strong organisational skills, stakeholder management experience, and a practical understanding of IT infrastructure and store operations.
 

The skills we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar role coordinating technology rollouts
• Good understanding of IT hardware, equipment, and basic networking concepts.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Own reliable transport is preferred
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (essential)
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective time management skills; reliable, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Confident coordinating vendors and providing timely updates to Store Partners.
