Hi, I’m Emily, Pathway Program Lead in the Partner Recruitment team.

Since joining Specsavers in 2022, I’ve been dedicated to supporting future partners through the Pathway program. As the Pathway Lead, I oversee and guide the delivery of the program, making sure everything runs smoothly and continues to have a positive impact. I coordinate and facilitate program modules, and I’m here to provide both strategic guidance and hands-on support to candidates throughout their journey.

I work closely with stakeholders to enhance program outcomes and help you develop as a future partner. Specifically, I support candidates within the NSW/ACT region and I’m here to ensure you feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends, family and my cat Merlin!
