Hi, I'm Wiki! - Pathway Program Consultant in the Partner Recruitment Team. I joined the team in May, however my Specsavers journey started in February 2024 with the Graduate Recruitment Team. In my current role, I conduct candidate assessments, provide feedback to support progression, and help facilitate learning modules and organise Pathway events. I’m a key contact for candidates across VIC, TAS, and NZ, offering guidance and support throughout their Pathway journey. I'm passionate about helping future partners unlock their potential and take the next step in their careers.
