The team you’ll join

Our Employer & Clinical Branding team plays a key role in attracting talent and strengthening the Specsavers employer brand across Northern Europe. Through campaigns, websites, content and digital experiences, we help future colleagues discover career opportunities in both our stores and support offices.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Own website tracking, analytics and performance measurement across our digital ecosystem, ensuring reliable and actionable data.
  • Analyse website performance and user behaviour, translating insights into recommendations and set KPI’s that improve engagement and conversion.
  • Drive and lead the discoverability of our web sites in accordance with our funnel strategy, using SEO, generative engine optimisation and close collaboration with both strategic and tactical efforts across stakeholders

  • Collaborate efficiently with developers and technical partners, explaining business needs clearly and understanding technical possibilities, dependencies and limitations.

What you’ll bring

We're seeking someone with a strong analytical mindset who enjoys working with website data and turning insights into actions that improve performance. The right candidate doesn't just analyse website performance, but proactively identifies opportunities, recommends improvements and helps drive the ongoing optimisation of our career sites and digital experiences.

To fulfil this role at Specsavers, you should align with the following requirements:
