Helping in the Lab and Central Support 

We recently went through the an incredibly busy time for our teams in Central Support the Lab so we put the call out for volunteers to lend a hand. We had almost 50 of our Melbourne Support Office team members dedicate time to help. Thank you to everyone that made a contribution

We saw over 500,000 jobs dispatched from the Lab, seeing the MGS team work tirelessly to get customers their orders as quickly as possible.

Across three weeks we had almost 50 Support Office team members jump into the Lab and lend a hand (or two).

Here’s what Martin Savage, MGS Production Manager, had to say about this initiative:

I would like to express my thanks on behalf of the MGS team for the support that the support office team have given us over the last few weeks.

Thanks to the help from the team, we have managed to achieve record dispatch volumes, utilise skilled labour in the lab, ensure that customers own frames are processed in a timely manner but more importantly developed teamwork and collaboration between the Lab and the support office.

I’m looking forward to continuing to build our relationship with the support office team.
