About the role:

This role sits within the Technology team and acts as the regional expert for our global SaaS Audiology Practice Management System and hearing screener platforms. Working closely with business stakeholders, global product teams, vendors and technology partners, you'll help shape the future direction of these products and ensure our products evolve to meet clinical, operational and commercial needs across ANZ.

You'll take ownership of the ANZ product backlog, ensuring product priorities align with business, clinical and operational objectives. Working closely with stakeholders, vendors and global product teams, you'll translate business needs into practical solutions, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support the successful delivery of product enhancements, upgrades and releases. You'll help maximise the value of our audiology platforms while ensuring they continue to evolve in line with business strategy and customer needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Owner, Product Manager, Application Specialist or Product Consultant who loves translating business needs into technology solutions that deliver measurable value.

What we're looking for

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Application Specialist, Product Consultant or similar.
• Strong experience working with configurable SaaS products.
• Expertise in product roadmaps, requirements gathering, backlog management and prioritisation.
• Experience supporting software implementations, upgrades and business change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including the ability to align business and technology teams and influence external suppliers.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work across multiple teams and priorities.
