Join Specsavers as our new Technology Product Specialist on a two-year contract and play a key role in supporting the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our new B2B CRM system (SuperOffice) across Northern Europe.
Your role
As our Technology Product Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our new B2B CRM system SuperOffice across the Northern European market.
You will act as the product expert within your area, working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, architects, business stakeholders, development teams, testers, and external vendors. You will ensure product requirements are understood, solutions are fit for purpose, and deliveries meet both business and user needs.
You are a strong communicator and collaborator who enjoys bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful outcomes throughout the product lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the subject matter expert for SuperOffice, maintaining deep knowledge of functionality, integrations, capabilities, and roadmap.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, development teams, architects, testers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered effectively.
- Support product delivery by refining requirements, validating solutions, and helping ensure products meet business needs and quality expectations.
- Work closely with external vendors and development partners to review deliveries, clarify requirements, and drive successful outcomes.
- Contribute to agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain and share product knowledge through documentation, user guides, and clear stakeholder communication.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and support the ongoing evolution of products and processes.
Your new team
You'll join the Northern Europe Technology function and work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, architects, agile development teams, business stakeholders, and external development partners.
As part of a collaborative and international environment, you will help ensure our technology products support business goals, operational excellence, and customer needs across Northern Europe. Together, we focus on delivering solutions that create lasting value for our colleagues, customers, and business.
What are we looking for?
We are preferably looking for a candidate with the following competencies:
- An SME within B2B CRM solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business and technical requirements.
- Experience working with technology products, systems, or digital platforms.
- Ability to gather, clarify, and document requirements effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences.
- Good understanding of agile ways of working and product delivery practices.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors or technology partners.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
It would be an advantage if you have::
- Experience with SuperOffice
- Experience with product lifecycle management, testing, quality assurance, or validating technology solutions.
- Knowledge of system documentation, integrations, or technical product environments.
- Experience working within retail, healthcare, optometry, audiology, or other customer-focused industries.
- Experience working across international teams and complex stakeholder environments.
