We expect that the application window will close in late February but it could close early if we reach capacity of applications. All the more reason to not delay and get your application in as early as possible!

You’ll already have HCPC registration as an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser, or you’ll be studying for your audiology degree and due to qualify and register by September 2026. You’ll also need a full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK. Most importantly, we’re looking for people who care about doing the right thing for customers, enjoy keeping standards high and are confident bringing together their clinical skills with a bit of leadership and business know‑how.

If your application is progressed to the next stage, you'll be invited to an initial screening interview online. If you're successful beyond your online interview, you'll be invited to attend further face-to-face interviews.

The initial interview will be held virtually as video calls. Face-to-face interviews will be held at one of several locations across the UK. You'll be asked to choose the best option for you (subject to availability) at the end of the virtual interview.

Our graduate programme offers a fantastic range of opportunities at store and domiciliary locations across the UK and ROI. This means you can choose from a variety of environments and communities to start your career. Some roles may involve travel or relocation, which many graduates find rewarding as it opens the door to new experiences, new friendships, and faster professional growth. If relocation is something you’re considering, we’ll be here to guide you through the options and help you make a choice that feels right for you.

Working in the Specsavers Audiology Graduate Programme will be exciting, dynamic and varied from one week to the next. From being in clinic working alongside your colleagues, visiting patients in their home to attending off site training or conferences. You will also have protected time to go through online training and reflect on your development and training with your mentors.

Of course! You'll receive a competitive salary which is dependent on your location. You'll also receive a £2,000 welcome bonus! On top of that, you'll be eligible to receive the benefits and rewards packages offered to all colleagues in your store.

You will have opportunities to remain in your host business and/or apply for a partnership position depending on how you progress through the programme and the opportunities available.

If successful, you'll be able to apply for a partnership opportunity with Specsavers where you'll own part of a Specsavers audiology business. Our team will work with you to develop and hone your clinical and professional skills and help you determine what will be the next appropriate career step – whether that is business ownership or taking your clinical skills to the next level.
