Looking for that next step? Want to run your own audiology business? Partner with us and you’ll lead the way in delivering life-changing hearing care to your local communities. You’ll have your own hub, which operates within a Specsavers store. Here, you’ll have the autonomy to choose what’s right for your team and your customers, including which services you offer based on what’s needed locally. You’ll ensure that you can always offer an excellent customer experience through best-in-class clinical standards. And through it all our support teams will be right there beside you whenever you need them, to offer their experience, advice and guidance.

When you invest in an audiology business with Specsavers, you take on joint ownership of a hub with an optical store partner or partners. Businesses come in all shapes and sizes, so you may have spokes where you deliver an audiology service too. As a partner, you’ll own 50% of the shares and receive profits and dividends. You’ll also receive a salary as an employee of the joint venture business. Working closely with your partner(s), you’ll be in charge of running the day-to-day business, developing your teams and growing the business. And if the time comes and you’re ready to sell, we’ll help you find a buyer.
