Optical store partner
Enjoy the freedom of growing your own business
Become an optical store partner
Dreaming of owning your own opticians? Want the chance to prove that you can lead the way? Become an optical store partner and help deliver quality eyecare in your local community, with the latest technology at your fingertips. You’ll work closely with your partner to ensure your team can deliver the best possible clinical outcomes. It’s down to you to decide how to grow your business and help colleagues develop alongside. And we’re here to help you achieve it all with our support teams in HR and recruitment, marketing, finance and more.
View opportunitiesHow it works
Typically, when you invest in a store, you take on joint ownership with a retail partner. That means you own 50% of the shares and they get the other half. The thing is, we’re anything but your typical optometry business. Our stores come in many different shapes and sizes. And so do our partnerships. If you have the ambition, there is plenty of opportunity here. As a partner, you’ll also receive a salary as an employee. Working closely with your partner, you’ll be in charge of running the day-to-day business, developing your teams and growing the store. And if the time comes and you’re ready to sell, we’ll help you find a buyer.
Routes into partnership
Not sure if you’re ready yet? Or if it’s the right choice for you? We offer a number of routes into partnership. You could gain experience on the job whilst you start your journey towards partnership or take a short-term contract to help you understand a business better before you buy. We’re always happy to have a chat about how we can help you get to where you want to be.
