Partner with Specsavers
Build your own future
Feel the freedom of being a partner
Partnership is at the heart of our success at Specsavers. We’re not one huge business, we’re thousands of small ones, owned and run by our partners. And you could be one of them. Here, you’ll never be on your own. You and your partner(s) will manage the day to day running of the business. It's much more affordable than you might think, and we’ll be there right by your side with all the support you need to be successful.

So, what does partnership mean? Partnership isn’t just about owning a store. It’s knowing you’ve got what it takes to lead the way. It’s sharing the responsibility of the running of the business with others just as passionate as you are. Watch the film to find out more.
Why become a partner?
This is your opportunity to run your own store without the worry of doing everything yourself. The support you get here as a partner is unmatched – everything from HR and recruitment, to IT and finance, help with marketing and PR as well as procurement and purchasing. Essentially, you can look after the customers and take care of your teams. And we look after you. That means your development doesn’t stop either. You’ll continue to grow your skills and experience, taking on new responsibilities and investing in other stores if you want to.
Open to everyone
While we’re best known for our specs, we’re not all about optometry. In fact, you don’t need to have an optical background to become a partner. We also have audiology, retail and home visits partners. It really depends on your experience and ambition. What we do look for is a passion for patient care, an entrepreneurial mindset, with tenacity and the ability to lead. We can help support your development on the path towards partnership and with so many different options available, we’ll help you find a business that works for you and is financially affordable.
Four steps to partnership
What happens when you apply for partnership with us? Here are the four basic steps we’ll take you through.
Meet the team
The first step is to meet with our Partnership Recruitment team, who can help you understand partnership in more detail.
Explore your strengths
Next, we’ll take you through a series of assessments to see if partnership is the right fit for you and what support you might need.
Find your store
If you’re ready for partnership, we’ll work with you to find you the right store and you’ll meet with your potential partner(s). You’ll be working closely with them, so it’s really important to get to know each other well.
Get started
Finally, you’ll sign the agreement, and it becomes legal. We’ll continue to work with you as you begin the partnership and put a development plan in place
