What's it like in store?
Our store teams work closely with the clinical teams to offer our customers the best possible eyecare and hearing care. They’ll often be the first person a customer speaks to and the last person they see. And while traditional customer service and retail skills are needed here, you’ll also embark on a journey to learn about frames, lenses, hearing accessories and more. There are plenty of opportunities for development and the ability to move roles or teams. We’ll support you to get the most out of your career, even helping you to develop so that you could own your own business one day.

Join our teams on the road
If you love helping people but want something a bit different from the buzz of a store, our Home Visits teams offer a chance to make a real difference to customers who need us most. From optical assistant roles to admin and scheduling opportunities, you'll be part of a close-knit team that brings eye care directly into customer's homes.
We have roles for people who've worked in optics or audiology before, but plenty that don't need any optical experience at all. So whether you know your way around testing rooms or you're organised and great with people, there's a place for you.
