What's it like in store?
Our store teams work closely with the clinical teams to offer our customers the best possible eyecare and hearing care. They’ll often be the first person a customer speaks to and the last person they see. And while traditional customer service and retail skills are needed here, you’ll also embark on a journey to learn about frames, lenses, hearing accessories and more. There are plenty of opportunities for development and the ability to move roles or teams. We’ll support you to get the most out of your career, even helping you to develop so that you could own your own business one day.
