Customer Service Assistant
Feel valued and supported to change lives
Become a customer service assistant
Wherever you join us, you’ll be one of the first colleagues a customer speaks to. You’ll set the tone, ensuring every patient has a great experience with us. And we’ll support you to learn, grow and bring your very best right from day one. No two customer service roles are the same, because no two stores are the same. We believe in building the right teams locally. So, you might be part of an office team or a call centre – either way you’ll still be located on site as part of the store. Depending on the role, you could be taking calls, replying to emails or welcoming people as they arrive.
