While most people know us for our high-street stores, it’s our contact centre teams who keep everyone connected. Whether it’s by phone, email or webchat, we help our customers and colleagues to find the information they need. Every day, we’re booking in eye tests and hearing assessments, updating records and checking on prescriptions. We even work closely with the DVLA to ensure our roads remain safe. Supporting our front-line customer service specialists, we have a range of roles in management information, planning, continuous improvement and learning and development. We’re not your typical contact centre. We work closely with our retail stores, knowing that together we’re helping to change lives through better sight and hearing. We’re based in Nottingham, and while it’s a fairly small contact centre, here you’ll find a close-knit family of professionals ready to welcome you. When it comes to our people, we focus on the behaviours we want to see and supporting everyone to be the best version of themselves. That means putting your wellbeing first, and we’ve won awards for doing just that. We encourage hybrid working, with three days in the office and two at home. What matters most is that you’re part of the team and we work hard to make sure everyone feels seen, included and valued.

We’ve got a wide range of roles for you to develop into, from analysts to management. In fact, over 65% of our team managers and senior leadership team have been developed from within the contact centre. We’ll help you identify the skills you have and help you gain new ones so that you can take on different roles and challenges. That could mean choosing an apprenticeship or professional qualifications to help you learn and grow. And there’s always the option to move into other areas of the business too, from tax and finance accounting to commercial projects or HR.
