For you, this means the store director is free to agree with you the reward and benefits package that is right for you and right for their business. We pay above minimum wage. This year, that means you’ll earn at least 20c/p more per hour than the minimum.

We will auto-enrol you into the pension scheme with an employer contribution when you contribute too.

Of course, we are going to encourage you to look after your sight. For your eyes we offer you a free sight test including OCT and a £220 eyecare voucher to use in-store every year.


It’s not just your eyes we take care of, it’s your ears to. If you need hearing aids we will give you £500 towards the cost of them every four years and we also offer free wax removal every year.

You can name two people to receive our friends and family offer for eyecare and we have discounts for hearcare to.

Time for you

We offer 25 days holiday and an additional paid off for your birthday, an opportunity for a day to focus on who or what’s important to you.

Electric vehicles salary sacrifice scheme

All eligible partners and colleagues can join the scheme where you sacrifice some of your salary in exchange for the use of an electric or low emission car.
