Our in-house Finance teams help us to make the best financial decisions for the future. With a finance job at Specsavers, by applying your finance focused knowledge, skills and experience you’ll be playing your part in helping us achieve our purpose to change lives through better sight and hearing.
We work with both Specsavers group and our UK/ROI store partners – the hundreds of business owners who co-own and run our stores. Looking to grow your qualifications? We’re lucky to be accredited across all three of the main profession finance bodies; the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Associate Chartered Accountants (ACA) qualifications. We even have people in-house who can sign-off on your logs, so you can develop as quickly as you’d liked.
We offer a variety of routes to study too, so you have the option that suits you. Our Finance Development Hub has a wealth of information to help you upskill, including regular sessions on personal skills like presenting, networking or imposter syndrome and evolving your personal development plan (PDP) as well as focus on wellbeing and helping to create a diverse and inclusive culture.
There are also plenty of opportunities to network and get involved with projects, forums or you could even join our active Community, Sports and Social Committee as a treasurer, or get active with one of our growing colleague network groups
