As an Admin Assistant at Specsavers, you’ll be the friendly face at the heart of our stores working among a team of experienced professionals, delivering unmatched customer service every single day.

Main Responsibilities.
- Dairy management, booking in appointments
- Answering calls
- Confirming and triaging appointments
What we’re looking for?
- Experience working in fast-paced administrative environment
- Excellent admin and organisational skills
- Ability to use IT systems effectively (including Office 365)
- Amazing approach to customer service
- Great team worker
- Positive attitude
- Fantastic communicator
- Ability to adapt
- High level of interpersonal skills
Desirable skills:
- Previous experience working in an administrative role
