Administrator/ Customer Service Advisor (PT)

As Administrator/ Customer Service Advisor at Specsavers, you’ll be organised and equipped to tackle a wide variety of tasks. This includes all aspects of hearcare administration such as triaging patients, answering calls and general queries, making calls to confirm clinics, delivering afterccare calls, updating and filing records, booking and managing appointments, banking, through to repairs to hearing aids, and other key operational duties. The aim is to provide a top‑notch administrative service that supports the store’s overall success.

Located in the heart of Walsall, our Specsavers store is a busy and welcoming practice with a strong reputation for delivering outstanding care to every customer. Alongside our optical services, we have a dedicated Hearcare department that provides professional hearing assessments, hearing aid services, and ongoing aftercare support. Working closely with both new and existing customers, the Hearcare team is committed to making a real difference by helping people manage their hearing health and enjoy better quality of life through expert care and support. The store is conveniently located with excellent public transport links, with Walsall bus station and train station both within easy walking distance, making it easily accessible for customers and colleagues alike.
