As an Administrator you will need an organised and efficent mindset driven by your desire to give outstanding customer experience and to support the store in all admin matters, particularly NHS administration, managing and processing NHS forms, NHS payments and debt.
Our store
Based in Glasgow at the Fort Shopping and Leisure Centre, our store have a wonderful team of dedicated members who are ready and waiting to meet you.

What we’re looking for?
If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Administrator. These include:
- Passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring accuracy in your work
- Previous administration experience, particularly NHS admin.
- Confidence in using IT systems
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Prepared to step out of your comfort zone and try something new
- Able to receive feedback and be open to development, knowing we’ll be there to support and guide you throughout your process (with your openness and our guidance, your opportunities will be endless).
