Join the Legal Resource team as an Administrator – Legal on a 6-month FTC and be part of a journey delivering company secretarial services. You’ll support the Specsavers Group across the UK, Republic of Ireland, Northern Europe, Spain, and Canada. From launching new businesses to managing changes in our store portfolio, we ensure every Specsavers location has the legal green light to trade.
In this role, you’ll dive into the world of legal admin, learning and applying processes that keep us compliant and on track. You’ll help maintain company records, support statutory filings, and assist with partnership documentation. You’ll also be a go-to person for ad hoc admin and project support across the Legal Resource Team and the wider Legal Department.
We’re looking for someone who’s motivated to learn, follows instructions well, and is ready to grow into a role where confidentiality and accuracy are key. You’ll need excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels while managing your workload.
You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, helping to resolve issues quickly and deliver top-notch service.
