Apprenticeship Engagement Coach

As an Apprenticeship Engagement Coach, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our apprentices and ensuring they progress well in their learning journey. You’ll be responsible for regular engagement calls with apprentices and employers, helping them achieve their learning objectives and ensuring their well-being.

In this role, you’ll carry out welcome calls, initial assessments, and regular reviews to monitor progress. You’ll also deliver virtual classrooms, support additional learning needs, and promote safeguarding and well-being. Your strong communication and influencing skills will be essential in building and maintaining relationships with store partners and managers.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have a GCSE A-C in Maths and English or equivalent, experience in optics, and a passion for coaching and developing people is ideal. You should have experience in delivering coaching sessions, both face-to-face and virtually, and be proficient in using Microsoft Office packages. Strong organisational and diary management skills are also essential.
