So, if you’ve had previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, this Assistant Manager role could be perfect for you.  

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

What we’re looking for? 
If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Assistant Manager. These include:  

• Previous retail Optical experience
• Team lead, supervisory or training experience
